This is why we take the time up front to establish an effective dialog in most cases before and after you have hired our firm.

We have also learned over time that there is a level of misconceptions about the internet development business as it is situated today. Understandably most new or younger "web design" firms have tendency to focus on the "bells and whistles" of web page design and not grasp the core business and marketing issues surrounding your company. We do both very well as you come to understand the broad scope of our business and creative talents.

ExSitementGraphics.com Company Accepts payment via check, wire transfer, PayPal, and most major credit cards. Once you have paid any level of consideration you hereby agree to the business terms contained herein. If paying via major credit or debit card (Visa, Master Card, and or American Express) you hereby grant irrevocable official permission to www.ExSitementGraphics.com to do so at the agreed payment numbers and times only.

We have a standard three day recession clause where a client may cancel within three days of original commitment and down payment paid. Upon written notification via us mail or email may cancel any and all project agreements and expect a 100% refund of all monies paid as long as you serve notification within three days of your original commitment/consideration paid

After the three day recession period, no refunds will be granted.

We are always concerned with your satisfaction with our work and consulting efforts on behalf of your project(s).

We are a service based web development and internet consulting business.

As such you are specifically purchasing a " service" not a "product" from us. In the course of conducting
this "service" we may be producing what is commonly known as a "web site" for you and or your company. Further, we are also providing you with almost twenty five years + of internet/technology/marketing know-how experiences as part of the professional consulting and programming services we provide.

Upon completion of services and payment in full. Your project's intellectual program coding (aka. web site) ownership rights transfers to you 100% into perpetuity. Upon your project end point, ExSitementGraphics.com with also transfer legal ownership of any and all project associated domain names, purchased software licenses, and or internet assets to your full irrevocable ownership under common US Electronic Intellectual Property Rights Legal Precedents.

Project Content Input Materials & Pictures From You

Once you order your design project with ExSitementGraphics, we pre-schedule resources, facilities, programmers, and creative talent to produce the best possible and business effective project for you. A very important component to that process is that we both agree on a "due by date" for all of your project's input pictures, documents, desired core navigation design elements and so fourth. You must have all those elements mailed to us on disk or uploaded to our client file transfer area ( www.OnlineFileFolder.com ) but that pre-agreed due date. We are very firm on this agreed date for your project's benefit and on time completion schedule. In the rare instances that you do not meet that pre-agreed materials input date, ExSitementGraphics.com will charge your project a minimum of $100.00 USD per day project re-scheduling fee that will be automatically added to the total cost of your project budget.. There are no exceptions to this policy and we know that you will get those important project input materials to us by the pre-agreed date. Therefore when selecting that date please do so with careful consideration.

In the case of "content management systems" (CMS, a.k.a. Joomla/Mambo/PHP/MySQL) project completion
is in fact a never ending process. Whereby we endeavor to assist you in taking ownership of your new
content management web site project(s). At such point that you have taken ownership of the content management system, your project is officially considered completed. Based on the type and scope of your project's configuration, there may be additional training and or support servers included with your purchase. Please ask for further details.

Your business relationship with www.ExSitementGraphics.com is confidential and you may have already signed our standard mutual non disclosure agreement (NDA). Please ask our representative about this simple mutual confidentiality agreement if you have not already executed one with us.
